bag rider/mono pod for first strike ar15 style butt

Hello, really new to the hobby and have a First strike free floating stock fitted.

i would like to fit some sort of bag rider or mono pod to use from a bench position.

i have no idea of options available for butts on the AR15 frame

can any one give some ideas please?

I assume from the First Strike unit that you're running HPA with a tank in the stock? In that case you'll probably be SOL. If you can change to a standard style buffer tube then there's other stocks you could look at.
