Anyone used the Co2 box mag for VFC M249?

I don’t know what the M249 needs regarding the size of capsules.
But I found a few different sizes available from food supplies wholesalers
I used 88gr Co2 capsules to fill my APS CAM870 shells

According to Google the M249 takes 74g capsules but can be modded to take 88g ones

The ones from food suppliers and homebrew kits have a different thread pattern that’s the problem you can find hundreds in seconds on Google but not with the right thread pattern unless you go for the 88 g ones, then modify the box
