If you go in the Skirmish Sites section, they have their own sub-forum. Booking details and the like can be found in there I'm sure.

I don't think Urban can be fully booked:

1. They love numbers, most days have more than 100 people.

2. They say you need to book, but you can just turn up.

You'll be fine.

If you plan on buying any BB's however you'd be best to buy them on FireSupport first and put pick-up as your postage option.
