That's probably the lowest fom you could use and for duals, the price sounds about right, especially if it's from a retailer with a warranty etc. fom isn't the only spec to consider. Trex arms did a really good informational video a year or 2 back on night vision and specs, what it all means etc.
Retailers to look for, endeavour tactical, falcon claw eu and cold harbour supplies (Canada).
Second hand and with green phos will be cheaper, so you'd get more specs for your money. This really is a case of better to buy once than twice. Second hand any spec sheets will be from when they were new.....use will decrease them etc. but probably not enough to be concerned with and you'll get more for your cash.
Also, single monoculars are very usable, I ran duals for a while and find a single 14 better for Airsoft, but they require more practice. A monocular will allow you to get a higher spec but the learning curve is steeper, but some practice and youll have great spec nvgs and be effective. Personally I think the real arms race will be thermal, nvgs to move with, thermal to spot enemy. Overlapped is nice, but heard mixed reviews (jerry ce5 as an example). Seen some use a monocular of each at the same time and it seemed optimal (but steep to learn again).
Don't forget to factor in money for mounts, optics, ir torch and laser (only some sites permit), white light os still recommended.
