    They don't really come up for sale here much, I guess if someone invests they tend to keep it, plus very few will pay that NIB price from a shop in the first place for said item to even make it to the 2nd hand market.  European store prices are inflated, but as long as you make sure it's real then it's worth considering.

    Pinion gear for the TM MK46 box mag - well known shop £5 each, plus £3 postage.

    Or go on amazon and get generic chinese made ones, 20 for £5 and next day delivery.

    I know shops have overheads, but a 20x mark up?

    Am I going senile, but do crye pants have a waterproof gator bit around the ankles?
    I think i remember my G2/AC pants having a waterproof ankle bit and a bungee thing to tighten, but after a year out, I can't remember if it was my good ones or cheap ones that did

    Gen 1s had cordura around the ankles, which is waterproof generally.  Other than that one instance, nope, not at all.

    I must be imagining it then. I just remember last year putting on some pants, and noticing that a draw-sting was missing inside one ankle, and not the other. 

    edit: it was indeed my cheaper ones. Which is odd as you would expect the super army soldier version to have it

    Just to add to the pot of bubbling confusion I have a pair of OPS trousers from many moons ago and they have waterproof gators inside the ankles .

    Must've got the most Friday of all Friday afternoon guns.

    Pistonhead screw threaded/stuck, couldn't get it off. Upon inspection, someone had put the base part on upside down, so the screwdriver slot was on the inside.

    Did anyone answer the phone?  Some places are pretty swamped at the moment, of course that's no excuse.

    Usual advice, just fire in with a chargeback through your payment processor.  "Item not received, retailer unreachable."  No elaboration.  The sooner you do it, the sooner you'll get it resolved, and if it does turn up (and only if it or a refund turns up) you can always close the case.

    No clue, rest of the gears, gearbox piston all seem fine - no metal dust or anything at all in it

    Although I just found a bearing/bushing has failed on a different gear, so last minute panic shopping to find some in stock

    G&P M249 locking up. It’s full auto only so thinking it’s battery related.

    Jefftron V2 with active break and a decent shim job?

    Well you completely killed my idea of what the problem could be ! ?‍♂️
    Over the years I’ve seen plenty of guns locking up due to the connector and batt being the cause , as in low powered Batt and Neolithic tamiya connectors , say’lla’vie!

    Does it lock up when you use a different battery?

    Need to unlock it to test, but will service it, clean it and put in a jefftron whilst it’s open.

    watch this space for questions on where to buy tiny springs in the next few days

    I have an option on a fully EdGI HTI (which means i will need to sell on an TM 416 to free up some money) or wait out for the Tac41 and then maybe upgrade later.... tough choice

    From what I've seen it doesn't need much in terms of upgrades.
