Sorry to hear this bud , really is shit customer service not to contact you seeing as they’ve happily taken your money , doesn't take 2mins to type up a quick email to let you know what’s going on . Unfortunately this just goes to provide more fuel for my view point about getting most of my bits’n’bobs from over seas and NOT from a lot of the uk airsoft retailers .?
Another trader who doesn't realise that it's more efficient to handle emails in blocks than to be constantly interrupted by phone calls saying "Where's my stuff?".
