How to adjust the hop up should be covered for n the manual.

Muzzle energy for gbb guns changes with temperature so yes you might need to tweak your hop setting depending on air temperature.

There’s various valves that can adjust power output, yeah. NPAS probably wasn’t the best way to describe it as they’re adjustable

Do you mean the power down/up valves where they have a fixed output?

Yeah, they’ll be more reliable than dropping down FPS based on the hop up which is temperamental at best with consistency and not to mention pretty dodgy when you factor in the possibility of chrono cheating by doing so
