Has anyone ordered from outdoor&tactical before I placed and order with 24 hr Royal Mail so I waited never got an email telling me it’s been shipped nor have a tracking number it’s been 2 days and still nothing I have emailed multiple times and had nothing you can’t call them so it’s just email it’s concerning when you spend a lot of money and hear no updates or even a reply anyone had this issue before feel like my money has just been taken and that’s that

I can’t say that I have heard of them before, maybe other forum members have used them and can jump in to report.
We do have a “places to buy” page which gives feedback and shopping experiences for Airsoft suppliers globally.
How did you pay?
I’d just contact your bank or PayPal and raise a dispute
This will do one of two things…..
Either they will jump into action and ship your order
Failing that, you should get your money back

Thank you for the response and it’s just an inner barrel and did you get the tracking straight away or was it after waiting them 3/4 days and I have messaged there Facebook just got that auto message and no replies that’s been a while now with no reply and the same with their email

I got the tracking when the package was sent out. You should receive an email saying something like "your order is complete".

Just have to wait then but I’ve never had that were you order 24 hr and it still doesn’t get send out in a few days very strange just would of been nice if they answered an email just letting me know when i sent them one
i heard they was quite fast and good but mixed opinion atm

I've ordered a few times from them. FWIW it's basically never worth ordering 24hr from Airsoft shops, you're just paying for the postage you get after they actually send the parcel. How long it takes to pick, pack, and send said parcel can vary a lot.
They have a lot of oddball parts that are interesting and they do eventually get it to you. I think, judging by the processing time and the website design, they predate our current Amazon-fuelled Next Day Or Don't Bother delivery mindset.

As has been mentioned, 24 Hour Royal Mail just means that RM will deliver within that time once they have the parcel. It's sweet FA to do with how long the shop will take to ship it.
Most of these places are small, often 1-2 staff and they exist on a shoestring budget to cater for a pretty niche hobby. You also don't know their current circumstances - what if they're sick, or there's been a family emergency? Sure, it's frustrating when you're waiting for a part (try ordering stuff from Taiwan - that can easily take 3 weeks, not including customs), but chill out - there are worse things happening in the world and I'm sure your order will ship soon.
