KAC KS-3 style build help

Greetings Hive Mind

Been trying to find a decent replica of a KS-3 (the same one that GBRS group had a review of on their youtube:

Trouble is, I want it to be an AEG but most of them are GBBRs or aren't quite accurate enough looks-wise. Most important thing for me is the M-LOK handguard 'cause it's cool af. My question is: where do I get one or how can I build one? I'm open to the idea of getting a different rifle and then just getting the handguard for it seperately and swapping it over.

not a KS-3 but my current GBRS setup! also looking for a KAC SR16 myself to upgrade to, waiting to find one on the used market as i dont have a UKARA to buy one new sadly..

You don’t need a UKARA Registration. Are you a skirmisher with a site membership, if yes that is your defence. If you skirmish but are not a site member does the place you skirmish have a site shop, they would probably be able to get you one and they know your a skirmisher. There is always a way.
