Why Can't I Leave Feedback?

As title. I don't seem to be able to leave feedback for members on here. Used to be able to do it, but I can't find any link/button to do it now.

Tried:

Disabling Ad-Blocker

Multiple Browsers

Using the Feedback link in the header:

Am I missing something? I can't find a button or link to leave feedback for the user.

Tested this myself quickly for you and it does look like it could be a local/account thing maybe
