Right long shot 

got a hg170

fill mag up and it dont pick bbs up and fires on auto no single shot 

when trying with no bbs the slide dont hold open like shoud wen out of bbs

just slife keeps sliding i have no idea whats going on help please

Update 

if i cock the gun then fire it dose actualy fire the bb out

  but continues to fire and not pickup bbs like its on rapid fire

every time i cock it works

I realise that this is quite a few years old, but it likely to do with the grommet inside the mag leaking the gas out. I had the same issue. You can replace the valve and grommet and should work fine, or just replace the mag.

If it fires on auto but not single, I suspect something in the rest mechanism is broken and not allowing the slide to go all the way back to reset our lock on empty.
Unfortunately you'll have to open up the hammer action and look for anything broken or worn.
