So, credit where credit’s due, Vector Optics have replaced my Frenzy optic free of charge. I noticed the optic was cracked the day after a game and emailed them, not really expecting them honour the warranty which at first glance seems too good to be true (see below)

This warranty does not cover the product loss, theft, deliberate damage, abuse, misapplication or modification. This warranty does not apply to the electronic components or batteries.

Anyway, two weeks later a nice shiny new Vector Optics Frenzy arrived in the post. Reckon I’ll be sticking with Vector for my next optic.

Good to hear. I just bought a Vortex Crossfire 2 LPVO just for this reason.

More brands seem to be going that way. Vortex are obviously the big ones, but if Vector Optics are also going that way and Wulf scopes seem to be protected under a similar warranty...

What did you email them saying? Heard multiple people claim the warranty doesnt cover airsoft. Looking at getting one but not if the warranty doesnt cover it.

How much did it cost you to ship?

I suppose 'doesn't cover airsoft' only valid when your glass is broken by a bb? Otherwise I don't think there is any way they will know if your scope is on an airsoft or a range firearm?

I've just contacted Vector for a cracked screen on my Frenzy that was user on 9mm pistol ...And they are taking a piss .
They are asking me to go tru the retailer that I've bought it from . What about if I'm not the original owner?
What about if someone bought it for me as I'm doing for others ?
Where is this TRANSFERABLE no receipt needed warranty?
Dthey don't deny the damage or the claim ,but are asked Ng me to make the claim tru the retailer....The retailer don't sell Vector products no more ...What about that ?
Never have any issues with Vortex or Sightmark
And I got more Vector VIP optics at 🏡.
If they keep playing games will sell them all .
They are lying about the no questions asked part and the transferable,no invoice needed....

Did you register your Frenzy with Vector?

If not, they're not lying about anything as the product needs to be registered to qualify for the lifetime warranty and its perks.
