This is my steel and wood E&L akm (marketed as an ak47 on some websites). It's made from steel and wood and it's incredibly solid. The build quality on this is brilliant. It has wear on the wood and steel parts but nothing major - please see photos and I'm happy to do more photos if needed. There's a few small rust spots on the dust cover. I've only got 0.25g bbs and it does 291fps on these which is about 320 on 0.2g bbs.
It's wired to deans and the gearbox cycles very smoothly. I've only got 11.1v batteries and it can over spin and do s double tap on 11.1v so I'd suggest a 7.4v may fix this. The rof is insane on 11.1v. The wiring inside looks very new.
I've not fielded this myself but I'm not the 1st owner and it's just been laying unused here.
When I got it it had hop issues (not hopping bbs) and when I went to replace the hop rubber (now a zci hop rubber I think) I was the original hop rubber was very greasy. So I cleaned the nozzle, and barrel and swapped the hop rubber to a new one. It's now hopping slightly to the left and the more hop you add the more to the left it goes. The nub was soft and a tight fit so that would be my first thing to look at. If you cant the gun 5-10 degrees it shoots straight.
