What upgrades can I do to my magpul pts masada?? Help please

Hi as per the title I have a magpul pts masada and I would like to turn it into a dmr and would like advice on what you guys would do to achieve this. 

I've attached a photo of the gun as it stand, it's had a stronger spring fitted and currently runs at 320fps

Any response will be much appreciated
