... my dad goes to 3 skirmishes over 2 months, buys himself a gun which i borrow regularly, and he never goes again? does it become illegal for him to own that gun? i am sure he would still go to the odd one or two but its just in theory... i get the rest of the UKARA its just this bit... can they take your gun from you? or does it just mean you cant buy any more...???

just can't buy anymore after his UKARA-ness needs renewing (after 1 year) since it was obtained.
