Well r4 motor issue

Hi looking some advice I bought a new motor for it and the new one just clicks when it is all connected I was wondering if it’s a common issue and what u can do to solve it 

also video shows what is happening

video doesn't work, but possibly have you got the connections the wrong way round and the motor's trying to turn backwards against the anti reversal latch?

If you connect the motor out of the gearbox does it run when you pull the trigger ?

Why did you buy a new motor?  What was wrong with the old one?

Why are you certain that it's connected the right way? Specifically, have you tested the old motor against the new one to see if they spin the same way when wired the same way?  This is not a trite suggestion: we have no way of knowing what motor you've put in, or what its intended use is.

Is the new motor shaft and spindle the exact same dimensions as the old one?

Is the gearbox locked up?  Have you released the tension in it using the anti-reversal latch, or split it open?
