Up grade G&G GR -15 Raider

Hello can you help me please ?

I am new to airsoft and just got my ukara so I've been out and bought a g&g gr15 raider but it's just new from the factory and I was wanting to up grade it. But I'm new like I said so I don't know what's the best thing to do as in gear boxes, motors and I'd also like to change the barrel to a stubby if possible ?

Can you please point me in the right direction .

If it's G&G leave it alone! At least until something breaks. Changing the inner barrel isn't difficult but exterior can be a pain

Plus (not meaning to be rude or anything but) if you wanted a stubby barrelled gun, why didn't you buy one instead of the Raider?
