do you have ukara? because allowing him to borrow one of your weapons for a match is fine, if you dont have ukara then he must have a 2 tone.

You can lend any gun, no matter of age or UKARA, however it must be returned afterwards.

If this ability to lend/borrow/hire didn't exist then it would mean everyone would have to buy a 2-tone before they could start as they wouldn't be able to rent.
