Is it possible to buy replacement parts in black and use these instead of the coloured parts?

Only if you have UKARA or another valid defence. It's classed as manufacturing a RIF.

It's alright to do this at a skirmish site, so long as you replace the two toned parts for travelling or for storage/use at home or in your garden.
