gotta be ya browser then

you don't need to bother to grab the form yet coz they won't do jack until you are eligble

so they won't touch it until you completed your game quota to qualify for entry on database

The games usually/nearly always must be played at same site as the entry is kind of linked to your local site that validates your entry

yes you could kind of do the games at different sites but feel most places will require the required games to be played at their site or one of their sites if they have more than one site to their names

(just stating the obvious as people do ask why all games at one site - coz that site is verifying & membership is kind of linked to site)
