Two Tone replacement parts

I have a two toned M4 (G&G Combat Machine CM16 Raider) and the stock is part of the two tone. Would it be legal to buy a black replacement stock?

But surely putting it on would class as manufacturing a RIF, then again thats not what he asked.

Depends if you paid cash or made a transaction which can be electronically traced back to the retailer.

Manufacturing a RIF has defences too, and honestly they're easier to amount to than others. I doubt anyone has ever been prosecuted in relation to airsoft.
