Team Organization Change

We might change the team layout a bit to be a more effective tactical team becuase we are geting a lot of new inexperianced players who are quite hard to control at times. What I might do is split the team into two squads: something like Alpha and Bravo. Alpha squad will be the experianced part of the team who have been playing for a while whilst Bravo will be the newer players who have either just joined the team or have no experiance in airsoft.

Alpha will train Bravo when we do training and hopefully Bravo will with time become better players. If somones in bravo and becomes really good they can move up to Alpha squad.
