Steel Slide on a We Glock 17

I have noticed that these are available, but not sure if they are made by WE or RA tech.

Does anybody have experience of using them?

At first I thought they would be too heavy for use with green gas, but then it occurred to me that they might actually be a bit lighter than the zamac that is normally used on airsoft pistols.

Never seen any steel slides that aren’t made for either TM or Umarex, buy a few different manufacturers

FWIW, my AA G17 works just fine with a fairly hefty pot metal slide on ASG green gas.  It doesn't reliably lock back on empty at low temperatures, but the BBs keep flying.
