Specna arms one vs edge 2.0

Im looking for a base platform that I can install some 13:1 gears perun v2 and warhead motor  and new compression set if needed.

This will be gun number 3 I have 2 spares so I can play around as needed.

I have found a nice look specna arms SA-H12 One series all metal rif and its priced at £250 but I can also get an edge 2.0 for the same price so.......

Should I grab the one for its e&c gearbox or the edge 2.0

Knowing what we know about Specna Arms QC, why not look elsewhere rather than rewarding them and taking a gamble?  That budget gets you into tin-can bodied CYMAs.  No Gate ASTER, but no Orion gearbox either.
