Spas 12 Jammed - Advice?

Hi all,

Im new to the forum but need some help.

In the COVID-19 pandemic i thought Id have a clear out and found my SPAS12 gun. I havent touched this in over 15 years. Unfortunately it appears to be jammed. It appears to be cocked but doesn't seem to fire. I can release the bb loader, the trigger does press but thats about it.

 Does anyone have any ides of how to unjam it or other advice?

take apart the pistol grip which is a clamshell design. This will allow you to remove the trigger unit which should uncock it if the spring is loaded readdy to fire. Put it back together and see if it jams again. If it does then that means stripping the whole thing down to see wht part is causing the problem.

Sounds knackered, past ever being repaired , and obviously VERY dangerous to have lying around

Post it to me (I will cover costs) and I will make sure it is disposed of in a responsible & safe manner ??
