bought this for myself, as it was advertised as medium. for me the torso fits fine, but the sleeves are way too short (im 5ft 11). the missus tried it on and it fit her fairly well (she is 5ft 2). So it is ideal for people who are around the 5ft mark. i myself have already bought a large that fits me fine.
the size on the tag is 170/90 (m)
I have a number of the velcro covers for the arms, will throw a pair in for an extra £5
