So after putting an ics m4 back to standard with rewire (no mosfet) selected semi.. nothing, put on auto works fine then back to semi still and all fine. Few shots on semi then dead again back to full auto few shots back to semi seems fine again. Would this be wiring or something else?

most likely a selector issue. Is the cut off lever back in correctly ? is the little spring between the selector plate and cut off lever in place ? On a standard V2 box the semi cut off is a purely mechanical system. So if full is working your wiring is ok

i have the same issue..... small spring is inplace on selector too
