Safezone aka The Airsoft Catwalk

I do enjoy looking at other people's guns and equipment in the safe zone and get talking to other people.

That's one of the many reasons I enjoy this hobby the variety of stuff out there.

I enjoy having a good chat in the safe zone, most of the time I walk away with an entirely new shopping list.

This is the beauty of airsoft...

VARIETY

The fact that we can dress up and play soldiers in any style is a big part of the fun.

Along with different looking weapons even though there is no correlation with their real world counteparts.

I go for minimal DPM shirt, trousers and chest rig with a couple of spare mags.  It can be annoying that people with plate carrier chest rigs and ghillie suits don't feel their hits. (giving them the benefit of the doubt)

I've been airsofting for about 4 years.tried army vests..too sweaty.tried chest rigs .bit better.bought a plate carrier way too hot..and never going to put plates in it pointless...trued battle belt set up..impeded me sneaking through shrubs.so settled on a buttstock mag pouch ,pocket of spare bbs, rigger belt with holster and spare mags for my 1911a1. That's all I need.its not like you can't have stuff In the car and load up during a break in proceedings if need be.less is more in my opinion.also cuts down on overheating and reduces eye pro fogging.
