Regulator usage

What do you do with your regulator after a game day & storage ?? 

Do you leave it on the tank & switched on or remove it from the tank completely ??

I just depressurise the whole lot and that's it, doesn't need completely removing

Usually I take the reg off the tank and then fire a few shots to depressurise the whole thing. Not convinced that it matters too much though.

I dismantle it all so less chance of a leak

Consensus is it's ok to leave the reg on but turned off so that's along with what I thought

I close off the ASA tap (tank to reg) and the depressurise it by plugging the hose in and out a few times until there is no pressure.

After that i leave it on the tank so i dont wear the threads out or the o-ring
