Mock bolt release? Should have an accompanying spring and sits forward of the trigger.

Inside the trigger guard? There's nowhere on the outside of the gun for it to go

Does anyone know if the Secutir Velites gas shotguns have an adjustable hop? Google is giving mixed answers and as mine is currently sending .28s straight up after 20 yards I'd like to get it sorted without having to buy heavier ammo

Putting loosely together a Japanese SDF loadout and maybe I'm going mad but I can't for the life of me find a Baseball cap in Japanese camo (Jietai). I'm not after a field cap, just a bog standard baseball cap with Japanese camo. Anyone got any links?

To fit it you unscrew the current bolt then screw that in, the block on the end should be threaded so you can both bolt it in and fine-tune the tension.
As for if its any better, personally i wasnt a fan of mine. To get the qd tight enough to hold securely on the rail it would then be too tight to easily pop off the rail just by releasing the qd, so you'd have to pop it open then unscrew it at which point you might as well use the screw. Ofc yours might not behave that way.
But if it's living on one gun and you prefer the look of the qd then its fine.

Thanks, I thought it'd be something simple like that but always best to check when unsure. Tbh though if they're that much of a pain in the arse to use and offer no real advantages I'll just stick with the normal screw

Worth giving it a shot, think mine was a we, or at least branded as such, if the cam is a little bigger on yours it wouldnt be an issue. It'll be pretty obvious you just gotta adjust it till it clamps well then see if it comes off easily.
That said it's not the hardest thing in the world to just use the screw and that will definately work
