Protecting a Susat

Hey Airsofters!

Just got a SUSAT to go with my L86A2. Just wondering how prime go about protecting theirs during their games as a normal protector won't fit on the 19mm rail. Plus it's an expensive sight of it breaks...

Thoughts?

Could you cut a disk of polycarbonate to actually sit in the front of the sight ? think there is a recess,  being lazy and not going and looking at mine , that would absorb any BB strikes and be replaceable..

Yeah, I'd try cutting a disk of clear poly to wedge in there.

Cheap to buy sheets of it on ebay.

(In fact I've got to do mine sometime)
