It looks a lot like the ICS MP5. But I am pretty sure the ICS has the adjustable rear sight on the back...unless it has been cut off.

sorry I it doesn't have a rear sight. No signs of cut off just a square hole clean cut looks manufactured that way

must've been taken off via screw etc, but never been replaced? also, chances are its an ICS
