MK23 socom light?

Does anyone know where I can find a tactical light for this gun? It has no rail but a screw hole on the trigger guard. Searched everywhere but not sure which light would fit it.

There's a specific unit for the Mk23 called a LAM, search for Mk23 LAM and you should be able to find something.
