MICH Helmet Cover and other accesories

Some time ago when I was first thinking about getting into airsoft I had bought the MICH 2000 replica from 8fields which has been lying around in the closet since and I thought I do like to actually try it out in game. Thing is I do like get a cover for it, so if you guys could drop me some recommendations and also let me know if this one would fit or would it be too loose;

I've also been looking at the cheaper ones by emerson gear, etc however I'm unsure how good are they. Also would it be useful to get the ARC rails even if it was just to attach the mesh mask?

Finally I've seen people replace the pads and straps with genuine army issues ones like here;

As far as pads go, if you're looking at legit ones get the Team Wendy kit (they also do an improved chin strap available for not much on Ebay).
