Mag problem on Cybergun FN SCAR-L

Hello everyone.

Recently I bought a full metal SCAR-L from Cybergun and it appears that the mags it comes with fit loose in the magwell.

He is a video showcasing it. 

The question is should I try with a different mag since I would like to use real cap (30bbs) instead of the mid-cap It comes with or should I request a replacement while it has its warranty.

I'd say you're on a hiding to nothing trying to claim on the warranty. It just fits like a dick in a shirt sleeve, it's a design flaw not a fault. I'd say get some sticky backed velcro and stick a strip of the fuzzy side inside the back of the magwell the hold it steady or go buy some decent mags.
