M4 Accessory Help

Ok, so I just bought a new M4 and I was wondering what the accessory is called that holds a spare mag next attached to the magazine feed. Also, can I buy one for airsoft?

Ready-mag , or the lightweight one is called the ready-mod.

There are a few airsoft versions, g&p and g&g do them, Guarder and a few others probably will too.
