M203 grenades

ive just bought an m203 launcher and have noticed there are a variety of grenades available for it, what is the best size grenade to use and the pro's and cons?

a mix of woodland some weeks and urban others

Usually not that great for woodland unless theres bunkers and stuff but really good for urban. I use this shell most of the time
