Hello all,
I am having a great deal of difficult with my LCT PKP gearbox microswitch trigger being engaged all the time, even when the PKP is on safe making the gun unusable. Now the original gearbox was modify internally, supposedly by Kingdom of Airsoft by the previous owner and it has a Perun AB++ mosfet which show a purple light when the gearbox is in the gun which means the trigger contacts are closed so the gun won't fire.
When I removed the gearbox, it works fine as there is nothing pressing on the microswitch trigger, however I have also got hold of a brand new PKP gearbox from LCT and this has the exact same issue. I am not sure if I am missing internal part that acted as a spacer or what. I have look through a number of YouTube disassembly vids and can find anything of this nature.
I can only find one person on the LCT Facebook group who had a similar issue back in 2024 however no recorded out come.
The picture with the blue paint show were the the trigger part of microswitch trigger is being engaged before it is active by the PKP trigger mechanism in the receiver of the PKP the paint on the trigger mech is from early trouble shooting. The two other pictures show the brand new PKP gearbox microswitch trigger and how free float it is.
Any advice regarding this issue is greatly appreciated.
