Lattitude E640 XFR I7 or I5

I can get the I7 for £2000 and the I5 £1300, is the I7 worth the extra £700?

planning to use it for the occasional game (supreme commander/forged alliance, stalker) but mainly for work using word and other stuff.

Unless you are doing something that requires the hyper threading such as programs that will do alot of calculations per second (3d rendering/special fx ect) then The I5 is all you'll need.
