Hi all,

I couldn’t find a thread specifically about the GHM9, so I thought I’d start one.

I previously had two, the GHM9-G (glock mags) and GHM9-K (MP9 mags).

I sold the GHM9-K recently as I didn’t use it. But I kept the GHM9-G as I use it and want to use it more.

I really like it, however out of the box it has one big flaw - it’s gas efficiency. The stock mag only allows you to load 30bbs, which I think was probably strategic when they realised it wouldn’t finish a long mag. It would be fine in the height of summer, I could finish a 50rd mag. But terrible in typical British weather.

Recently I’ve fitted a 230mm TBB which is hidden in the supressor and runs into a tracer. However, the muzzle energy shot up from 1.1J to 1.6J.

This prompted me to find a way to reduce the muzzle power and increase the gas efficiency. This resulted in a nozzle valve spacer and a short stroke spacer.

I also found my GHM9 stock had nothing on the end, so I made a knurled butt plate for the stock.

I don’t have any photos, but there was quite a bit of work involved in getting guarder magazines to fit.

I’ll have to wait until winter, but I’m hoping the end result is something that runs all year around!

Nice I've always wondered about the GHM9-G . How heavy is the trigger on the GHM9-G vs GHM9-K variant? I had the GHM9-K and found the trigger to be a bit too heavy for longer shots
