Is this enough two-tone to sell to someone without a Ukara?

Hello all,

My friend many years ago sprayed this black before he knew about the laws, and I have tried to remove the black spray paint from it as seen in the picture.

Is this enough? or will I need to remove more to get rid of the black in the corners and smudges~

The law requires more than 50% in a bright colour. Its a decently bright green and certainly more than 50% of it is that colour. I would suspect the police would considered this two toned under the existing laws.

I'm just wondering because there is this black smudging across it its not exactly "bright" compared to other two toned guns. That my concern~
