Is the GR15 with metal rail..?

..worth the extra thirty odd quid over the CM16 Raider?

Whatare the advantages of having ametal rail, and how stable is it if bolted to a polymer receiver?

To be honest, I have never been one for looks or metal over decent polymer. I wouldn’t spend an extra £30 just for a metal rail when the CM16 works perfectly.

I imagine most members would agree with you.

Doesn't make a lot of sense to produce a lighter gun by using polymer, only to then add more weight up front.

And if you want metal on a combat machine it might seem more sensible to have a metal receiver and polymer rails.
