Help! Spring Change on Nuprol Delta Defender

Hello 

If anyone can help? I have got an upgraded spring for my Nuprol Delta Defender, it says in the instructions it is a quick change spring but I can't seem to get the stock tube off? I have undone the retaining nut, but it will not budge? There don't seem to be any on line videos or advice.

Anyone done one?

most m4's the stock is held in by a bolt on the inside of the stock.

Can't seem to see one down there. Do you know if it's there for sure?
