Galil Arm to Sar

[DBS-ZAR]

I have a galil ARM (actually a South African R4) that I want to be able to temporarily switch to an SAR. Is this possible? What parts would be needed if it is possible?

In theory, if you had a King Arms ARM and the front end of a  KA SAR it should be possible. Would consist of taking off the screws that hold the barrel and hop up unit. 

The SAR end could then be put in. The parts aren't readily available though and am not 100% sure on compatibility.  

If the R5 is based off an ICS then no, wouldn't be viable.
