Welcome to the forums. If I'm understand your question correctly (this is a UK forum after all) you are comparing the two Cybergun SCARs to work out why they have differing prices.

To put it simply:

The more expensive model is made by CYMA for cybergun, it has a metal receiver, working ambidextrous controls, and a general fit/finish that is nicer than the cheaper model.

The cheaper model is made exclusively of plastic, has fake/non working fire controls on the right side of the gun, and frankly looks cheap and nasty. It is 1kg lighter than the more expensive model. I have no idea who manufactures the gun for Cybergun.

I would buy the more expensive model out of the two personally.
