I bought a CTM holster for my AAP-01 and an Amomax belt clip. The CTM has a belt clip that is attached with 3 screws but I prefer the Amomax belt clip.
However I am confused on how to properly set it up. The Amomax only has one hole in the centre. If I use one of the back plates of the CTM with one hole or even the back plate with the 3 holes and tighten the one center screw so that the holster stays in place, then the spring powered release clip doesn’t move anymore.
When you look at the back you can see that if you tighten the back plate the swivel for the release clip is locked in place (see picture showing the back).
So how is this supposed to be attached? Did I use the wrong backing plate?
