Clear BB gun + laws

My classic army m15a4 has clear parts to it to show it as not a real firearm.

However when at airsoft sites people have fully metallic guns, is this legal? Would there be anything wrong with me getting a metallic body gun?

You need to have a UKARA registration to buy an RIF.

I am lucky enough to live in a country where the UKARA dose not affect us so as long as some one over the age of 18 they can walk in a shop and purchase a RIF even if they have not played a game before in there life

It comes to question maby we should enforce it?

Not really, Jersey is so small, and from what I know of it, everyone knows everyone, and the crime level is very low.

you will always get twats no matter where you live, its not really a case of a kid with a BB gun shooting people, you will most likely find that air rifles incidents are more common, which is a shame as well.

i agree but we don't have a air rifle or firearm store in jersey so at least we don't get the more dangerous idots
