hello all

started working a king arms p90 to change the full body over to camo.

internals all fine. gun fires etc when testing think its all correct.

however there are 5 long allen key screws. they are almost impossible to put into the body holes . insane force needed and some i can only get half way before stopping

on the original they went through the body and connected to a screw / washer thing on the other side so it was easy.

on the new shell the "washer screws" on one side are fixed and no way to undo them so its just the allen key into a thin plastic shell the whole way

any tips?

thanks

Try just the shell on its own. Will they screw in?

If they go in fine on just the shell but not when fully assembling then something about the body vs shell is affecting the alignment by a slight amount

took it apart again and screwed them into just the half shell on their own. still super super tight.

i have now put the gun back together and tightened then all 90% of the way and it seems fine.

however in all this commotion i have misplaced a part. any ideas?
