Battery housing conversion on CA M15a4.

Hi all,

I have a CA M15a4 RIS which is almost 20years old. I've recently got back into airsofting and blown the cobwebs of it. I want to make some changes it. My question is... is it possible to convert the battery housing from the dummy PEQ box to the stock? Cant find anything online. TIA!

you can it will involve rewiring the gearbox to have the battery connecter out the back. Not that easy if you have never done it before, however if the gun is over 20 years old it needs a complete service which would include stripping the gear box cleaning re greasing replacing all the rubber o rings, you can get a lot of guides on how to on youtube.
