If I had two identical guns and put 6.03 Barrels in them but one is longer how much difference would it really make to the accuracy?

Not much, nothing noticeable if any at all.

It's the quality of finish and hop up that mainly determine range accurate etc.

In airsoft you wont notice a real difference dependant on length, as above, its really dependant on bore and finish.
